Mitochondria Cocktail – 23 Ways to Boost Mitochondria

Mitochondria Cocktail – 23 Ways to Boost Mitochondria

Introduction to Creating Your Own Mitochondria Cocktail

Hmm, sounds like there’s no booze involved. Maybe if it was PMS, it might be a reprieve to some middle aged females but what’s with the mitochondria cocktail? A cocktail is a mix of ingredients in most cases short of a neat martini and the attraction is how the variety of ingredients comes together in a magical concoction that is generally a taste treat!

I’m going to go out on a limb and say that this mitochondrial cocktail is not going to be much of a taste treat nor is it going to have booze in it. So as I researched this so called cocktail by the NIH, not kidding, I found that the recipe is hardly more than a vague guideline with every “bartender” putting their own twist on it. Funny how you can buy books that have exact cocktail recipes yet the NIH can’t come up with one go to formula and they’re supposed to be scientists and health experts!

OK, enough joking around so let’s clarify what this article is about without further ado. PMD stands for primary mitochondrial disorder which is apparently a real malady that seems to be inherited like other polymorphisms and it attacks and disables the ability of our mitochondria to function properly.

From what I have read, it sounds like there may be varying degrees of this mutation but even a low level issue with mitochondrial malfunction has to be quite serious. According to NIH statistics, one in 5,000 people suffer from PMD! Regardless of PMD, millions suffer from less than optimal mitochondria that can be helped by the following mitochondrial supplements. Aging certainly qualifies for the mitochondria cocktail protocol also.

Supply Chain Collapse and Food Scarcity Coming to US in 2025?

Supply Chain Collapse and Food Scarcity Coming to US in 2025?

Overview

This is a neighborly prepper message in the event we experience a total supply chain collapse in the coming months. In case you have not been following all the nightmarish and confusing news, there is a good possibility that our supply chain may breakdown in the latter half of 2022 in the US.

There is already a ten to fifteen percent loss of delivery with predictions of it going past twenty five percent any week with containers of goods stuck out in the Pacific and worker firings for not taking the shot. It is a controlled and planned collapse of our society by the globalists looking to implement their great reset plan.

Whether they get away with it fully or not, it is wise to plan now for you and your family to have food, shelter, clean water and local contact with a neighbor or two. The supply chain collapse is real!

There was literally no meat products at all, zero. I went back yesterday and they did get some supplies in and I scooped up quite a bit of extra items plus additional canned goods. I have been stock piling canned goods, rice and jugs of water I make from my distilling machine.

Nearly 50 food packing facilities have been destroyed mostly by fire! No arson reported in any of these losses! We see very little to no reporting on this over main stream media! The coincidence of this many food supply plants is about zero percent! We are at war with the globalists great recent and they’re using the Biden puppet administration to run cover for it!

Bill Gates Says Eat Synthetic Beef in 2025 to Save the Planet!

Synthetic beef company or Another Bill Gates Eugenics Project?

The idea of a synthetic beef company is not new. In fact, it was first introduced in the 1930s by Winston Churchill. The idea was to create a meat substitute that would be cheaper and more sustainable than traditional meat. In 2022, Bill Gates says eat synthetic beef while elites like me deserve to eat steak!

High Rep – Low Weight Bodybuilding Benefits!

High Rep – Low Weight Bodybuilding Benefits!

Research shows benefits of high rep low weight bodybuilding

  • Muscle pumps have been found to stimulate muscle growth:

High volume, lower weight resistance training stimulates the muscles with a high volume of repetitions. This creates fatigue in the muscle which causes an increase in muscular growth. If this type of workout is employed over time, it can stimulate muscle growth because it forces more blood flow to the muscles.

  • Increase in size and shape:

High volume, low intensity workouts can also benefit bodybuilders who want to increase muscle size and modify body shape.

High volume, low weight bodybuilding benefits is a way to build muscle without the heavy weight. The high volume program works to create the muscle pump and the “burn” sensation in muscles.

Diet Flexibility from Metabolic Flexibility Diet Research

Diet Flexibility from Metabolic Flexibility Diet Research

Is there one holy grail diet that works for everyone without exogenous drugs and or supplements? Probably not but I ask that you hear me out and think about what I have concluded for myself after decades of diet research and diet flexibility.

First of all, I have never been morbidly obese but have gotten upwards of 25 percent body fat at times. One of my hobbies has been as a body building enthusiast in my adult years. I have bulked and cut at times but mostly like to stay at a relatively constant weight range in the 15 percent body fat zone and sometimes less.

In the 80’s, I went on low carb Atkins and found that I could maintain very low body fat while working long hours in my business. I lasted for around five or so years on 50 carbs or less per day until I decided that carbs needed to be re-introduced into my diet for energy and strength.
