The 8 pillars of health generally takes into account a holistic approach to wellness. The physical pillar addresses fitness tips. As a workout junkie myself, this health and fitness tips pillar is one of my favorites to research to report on. It turns out that incorporating all 8 pillars is the most productive.

Today’s post is going to be different with a list of health and fitness tips instead of just subject! Maybe we will make it a regular column. Why not create health and fitness tops of the week post? We will still do deep dives into singular topics but let’s mix it up!

Let’s create the first post on Top ten best resistance exercises for building muscle? How about top ten muscle building supplements? Maybe, top ten ways to boost your metabolism? Top 10 ways to conquer anxiety? This could be endless? I like it! Let’s call it the Cliff’s Notes to a better you! Overview

I would venture to say that the majority of you will be blown away with what you are about to read and hear about medical secrets. I knew bits and pieces of this story over the years but did not know the entire story that I will spell out for you right now. The message I wish to convey is how psychopaths like Rockefeller created a system that that is shameful and against nature and purely money driven. We learn how he did this with other eugenicists, played God and bullied, intimidated and literally ruined those who did not embrace their plans. The chilling part is that his systems are alive and more medically tyrannical than ever!

Spirituality is one of the Eight Pillars of Holistic Health

Spirituality is one of the eight pillars of health and probably the least explored in the realm of overall fitness.  I have been guilty of this for many years believing in a higher power but in a luke warm manner.  Jesus said he would spit out the luke warm believers. It might be like looking forward to a nice hot coffee in the winter and getting served a cup at room temp. It’s time for a spirituality check-in for 2022 and beyond!

I am not judging in the least because its not something you necessarily force yourself into or say a thousand Our Father’s to become a believer.  I do think that people are born with a good spirit that can go bad but not everyone will have a come to Jesus moment along the way.

Introduction: Definition & Application of the Swiss Cheese Model

The Swiss cheese model of accident causation is a model used in risk analysis and risk management. It also includes aviation safety, engineering, healthcare, emergency service organizations. This approach is also used as the principle behind layered security used in computer security and defense in depth. It likens human systems to multiple slices of Swiss cheese, stacked side by side.

The risk of a threat becoming a reality is mitigated by the differing layers and types of defenses which are “layered” behind each other. Therefore, in theory, lapses and weaknesses in one defense do not allow a risk to materialize preventing a single point of failure. The model was originally introduced by James T. Reason of the University of Manchester,[1] and has since gained widespread acceptance. It is sometimes called the “cumulative act effect”.
