Diet Flexibility from Metabolic Flexibility Diet Research

Is there one holy grail diet that works for everyone without exogenous drugs and or supplements? Probably not but I ask that you hear me out and think about what I have concluded for myself after decades of diet research and diet flexibility.

First of all, I have never been morbidly obese but have gotten upwards of 25 percent body fat at times. One of my hobbies has been as a body building enthusiast in my adult years. I have bulked and cut at times but mostly like to stay at a relatively constant weight range in the 15 percent body fat zone and sometimes less.

In the 80’s, I went on low carb Atkins and found that I could maintain very low body fat while working long hours in my business. I lasted for around five or so years on 50 carbs or less per day until I decided that carbs needed to be re-introduced into my diet for energy and strength.

Is a Tyrannical Social Credit Score About to Crush US?

Introduction/Definition of Social Credit Score

A social credit score is a type of credit score that is based on a person’s social interactions. It was first introduced in China in 2014 and has been used to rank citizens on their behavior. The social credit system is designed to reward those who behave well and punish those who do not.

The social credit scoring system assigns points for good behavior, such as buying Chinese-made products, volunteering, or donating blood. Points are deducted for bad behavior, such as breaking the law, buying too many video games, posting politically incorrect remarks on social media or smoking in public places.

The social credit system has been criticized for its lack of transparency and potential to be abused by the government. It’s not just a number but literally punishes millions by banning them from goods and services to travel, even worse, Chinese citizens can lose access to public transportation and even food! Jay walking will get you docked a bunch of points keeping you on ice! Talk about needing to bump up your score! What’s in your wallet?

Narcissists hurt others generally close to them to the greatest degree and continue to do so as long as the victim will participate in the abusive relationship. So many individuals believe that if they can only do a little more or be a better person, the narcissist will acknowledge their behavior and show appreciation. The toxic narcissist never relents or improves and will suck the life out of their victims if left to do so. They actually want you dead according to the mental health professionals.  These types of demons ruin millions of peoples lives and health in the process called devaluation and ending with the discard.

The objective of this article is to equate how interaction with toxic narcissists can and will eventually affect your health depending on the length and regularity of the relationship. This article assumes you know about narcissistic personality disorder, NPD, or will research it more on your own. Suffice to say that this personality disorder is debilitating for people involved with the toxic narcissist.
