My IRS Experiences from Decades Ago
Let me lay the groundwork before getting into what the IRS has in store for you. I have operated my own businesses for nearly 40 years and have first hand knowledge of how the IRS operates. Take it from someone that has dealt with the merciless attacks from them and how it is about to get much worse than ever!
It was the early 80s when I first got audited. I had a retail musical instrument store in Orange county Ca. that was in the city of Garden Grove. For those not aware, my city became overrun by the Vietnamese refugees in the late 70s. For some unknown reason to me, they flocked to this once beautiful town and took it over with the city even giving them there own title of “Little Saigon”! Yes, it went from an uneventful town known for the Strawberry Festival to a foreign speaking majority nearly overnight. So how does this tie into this story and the IRS? I’ll tell you.
The government could not do enough for the Vietnamese migrants so in addition to giving them their own city and allowing foreign language signs and other violations, they were totally hands off on taxes. Within a very short time, the Vietnamese businesses were advertising that they did not charge sales tax!
I had customers going over there to buy big ticket items saying that they were saving a lot of money not paying sales tax! My cop buddies went there and one of them bought gold from them and other items entirely tax free. Needless to say that this pissed me off. I wasn’t losing a lot of business but it was the idea that they come to our country and immediately disregard laws.
I blame our government for not only looking the other way but encouraging this behavior. So, to add insult to injury, I got an EDD audit which is one of the nastiest ones to get. The female agent came in with a stern look and demanded an office to conduct her audit.
She stayed 8 hours for 5 consecutive days and never said as much as good morning or good evening. At the end of the 5th day, she said goodbye. Aha, she’s done! After sweating bullets for a few weeks, I received a check for something like $12 from the IRS! Hahaha! They could not find anything after 40 hours of raiding me!
I figured that this would be the first and last audit they’ll ever do on me! Wrong! It was less than 2 years later that they came back for revenge! I was sent a letter actually saying I owed around 70k for basically violating the contractor laws. The agent did call me to see when I would be sending a check. I told him to hold his horses and let me review what his claims were! It turned out that they thought I was paying large sums out to persons under the table but the idiots hadn’t checked to see that several of the big guitar string companies use a person’s name like Ernie Ball, Dean Markley and several others!
I spoke with my accountant and we had a good laugh and he sent back a revised account that we owed nothing! The agent was so pissed that he demanded something like a grand for unknown reasons other than he was in big trouble with his superiors for again wasting time on my company! I told my accountant that I was not going to pay a penny and he agreed that I didn’t owe anything but suggested I pay the shake down money or something really bad might happen to me!
The agent literally came in for the check and looked flushed and desperate. I said, why don’t you go over to Little Saigon and make a killing? He told me point blank, they’re off limits! I was outraged that they go after American citizens like myself and let blatant crime happen with foreigners! So, I did get a couple other minor audits after this and they never found me owing anything!
2020 and it only got worse with the IRS
Fast forward to the recent covid times and 2020. Bailout money was flying for those on the left but for a senior such as myself and a conservative, nothing. No bailout checks, nada. I blew it off figuring that I would never get anything since I was a conservative and didn’t think about it. As if not getting any checks wasn’t enough, I got audited! They came up with some bogus deferred tax credit scam that required me to pay a couple thousand dollars.
They no longer take phone calls so I wrote a letter disputing their claim and reminded them that I never got a few thousand dollars in bailout checks. After about 6 weeks, I got a form letter saying, second notice to pay or legal action will follow. I wrote back again explaining the facts and after a few weeks, got a very stern warning that this was my final opportunity to pay before they take action! Absolutely no acknowledgment of them not sending any checks to me!
I realized that it was hopeless so I paid the amount. I received a notice from them several months later somewhat acknowledging my payment but was followed at the bottom of the letter with a section to send them more money if I owed them!
IRS Weaponized in 2022
Folks, it gets much worse. If you haven’t been following the news, it has been confirmed that 87,000 weaponized IRS hires are factual! I read how the IRS has spent 5 million dollars on ammo between March and June of this year! They have purchased a huge arsenal of rifles, shotguns, and handguns and have openly stated on their website that hires will be trained to shoot and I have seen the training range participants wearing uniforms that say, Police – IRS!
BTW, I tried downloading IRS police uniform pics from Google and was blocked! The message was that the blockage was for my safety! I have never had this occur before and have not changed my computer settings. It’s happening, folks! I got the same image from the Microsoft search engine.
There is no provision in the law that gives IRS police powers! Obama stated during his administration that he wanted a federal police force and it is here! Defund the real police and replace them with armed IRS agents! Don’t pay your taxes and get visited with SWAT IRS with guns and calculators!
This is insane! A bureaucratic armed force that is a lawless entity deemed unconstitutional long ago! This is so stunning that you may not believe it so check it out!
They admittedly will be focusing on dissidents that post social media comments, not in line with the government narrative. I already conveyed how they came after me multiple times decades ago. I get pulled aside every time I fly and sure that I am on a list because this has happened 100 percent of the time for the last 30 years! The time has arrived that our government is coming after its citizens!
I thought it was bad before but at least we had an opportunity to call or meet in person with an IRS agent to prove your case; You can bet that with all these new agents, they will still not take phone calls. I foresee getting huge dollar shakedowns without recourse and if you don’t or can’t pay, you will get a visit from several armed IRS agents! Don’t have the money, no problem, they’ll take your property and pillage your belongings. Maybe you will get shot!
I realize this is a health blog so consider this act by the IRS as an attack on your health and finances!
Who Authorized the IRS Arrest and Police Powers?
I read an article recently where ATF agents went to a man’s house that bought several firearms legally. He asked what the issue was and they said that they wanted to see the guns! He was smart and called the police saying there were ATF agents impersonating police! Police came out and wound up roughing up and tasing the ATF agent! Beautiful! Here’s the video
So my suggestion is to do the same if we come to a time that IRS agents shake us down like the mafia! Call the police as these agents currently do not have official police powers! Unfortunately, our corrupt government and all the bureaucratic agencies are creating yet another with arrest powers. I would still call the police if they still exist. God help us!
What Can We Do?
I was a licensed private investigator in southern Ca. for over ten years and we had no police powers. Despite extensive training and testing, we were simply private citizens in the eyes of the law. ( An interesting tidbit was that I heard two former FBI agents failed the Ca. PI exam!) I had no interest in doing police work so lack of police powers was no issue for me and most of us. On the other hand, getting attacked and having laws blatantly broken in our presence make PI’s sitting ducks and it boils down to self protection or calling the police.
Who knows how much training these IRS agents get? This is Stazi – like Gestapo tactics! You can easily see their intentions and any critical thinking person should be very alarmed! The FBI raid on a former president should indicate how lawless these bureaucratic agencies have become and a predictor of what may happen with the IRS weaponized!
