We are told to stay out of the sun or at the very least, slather spf one million all over our bodies! Getting vitamins from the sun? What? This sounds like lizard magic! Bill Gates has recently announced that he is heading up a mission to block the sun’s rays on earth to save the planet! Wow, what a guy or should I say, demon?! Imagine getting the public to believe that blotting out the sun is a good thing! Once again, the uninformed public either doesn’t pay attention or believes this to be good!
Hell, the propaganda has been hammering you for decades now leading up to this moment by demonizing the sun and getting people to avoid it at all costs! Cover your body, stay out of the sun and if you must be out in the sun, please, please use sunscreen at all times! Remember, the sun is bad for you and will kill you with cancer-NOT!

It is undeniable that for millions of years, all living creatures have been exposed to sun light with many for the majority of the entire day. Science has proven that populations within the 33rd parallel and sub tropical latitudes in general receive year round uvb rays that produce vitamin D through our skin. There was no cancer over thousands of years until the last 100 or so and especially the past 70. Why is this? What changed?
There is not just one issue to point the finger at but many. The demonization of sunshine gained traction since the 80s especially from health to fashion trends. It seemed to make sense that the hot, burning sun might cause cancer so the medical and sunscreen industries exploded by touting how unsafe it was to be out in the sun unprotected. The Goth, dead look, became cool in the 90’s so even getting a hint of sun was taboo! The propaganda was working!
Another Conspiracy Theory Becomes Fact
Now in this century, we have chemtrails. Yes, I said it and you can research it as it is a fact that has been admitted with even some commercial airliners participating in this crime! More blotting out of the sun under the guise of reflecting bad sun rays with aluminum impregnated chemtrail sprays! Sun bad!
So why do this to the American people you ask? Control and greed. Subclinical D in people is an epidemic estimated to affect more than eighty percent of the population! So what’s the problem and why should you be concerned? Vitamin D is most absorbable from the sun and without it, over three hundred functions within the body are compromised! In other words, we do not function well, become sick and dependent on pharmaceuticals and live in fear making us more compliant to government mandates and oppression. Take your medications and shut up!

Many people, including myself, have what is called the VDR gene mutation. This is a genetic mutation in the vitamin D receptors of the body that make absorption more difficult. Think of a square peg and round hole scenario where the receptor is not the ideal shape to accept vitamin D. Millions have this polymorphism making D even more difficult to get. Vitamin D Deficiency Levels are Under 40 mg/Dl
Optimal blood level of D3 is over 40 n/dl with many experts suggesting to get levels in the 60 and above range. The consensus suggests that up to 100 n/dl supports a healthy D level range and anything over is mostly unnecessary with speculation of possible overdose. There has only been one person on record that was treated for vitamin D overdose that had a level over 200 and was simply told to stop supplementing and returned to normal after a few weeks.
Over half the population is under 30 and nearly half are under 20 n/dl! I was in single digits until I became educated on this subject! No energy, bone pain, weight gain, arthritis, heart palpitations, leaky gut, etc etc.!
Think about how little most of us get out in the sun when we need a minimum average of about 30 minutes per day in direct mid day sun on a clear day! If you live north of the 33 parallel or basically a few miles above Los Angeles, Ca., you will not get the uvb rays during the fall and winter months! The sun’s angle does not allow uvb rays to hit us at these northerly latitudes and virtually no vitamin D can be produced. If you have not stored up the summer’s supply of sun, you will go into a deficit during the winter and have lowered immunity! This is why winter is flu season, get it?
UVB Rays are in the Spectrum of Light that Produces Vitamin D
Supplementing with vitamin D3 gel caps is an option but before getting into this information, let me finish on the uvb ray issue. If you cannot get out in the sun for whatever reason, you can get uvb rays from tanning beds! Yes, no matter what they have been saying about tanning, do not take it as fact! There is of course limits just like being out in the sun too long and burning but you can get vitamin D from the tanning bed or booth with up to 20 minutes exposure.
Take it from Dr. Mercola, the great naturopath who promoted his own line of vitamin D tanning beds until the FDA shut him down! Vitamin D deficiency is a conspiracy!
They did not like that he had a practical solution for vitamin D deficiency and came after him with a vengeance a few years ago. Since then, he has been basically under a gag order to never promote, discuss or otherwise be involved in the discussion of getting vitamin D from uvb rays! They work, I can attest to it myself after using and bringing my levels up so consider implementing the tanning bed as your backup to actual direct sun rays. There is not quite the amount but it works for sure!
Now back to the D3 supplement derived generally from the wool of sheep that collects the vitamin D rays from the sun. It is also referred to as lanolin which you probably are familiar with in skin creams, etc. Yes, strange as it sounds, when food and things like sheep’s wool are exposed to the sun, they can absorb the D and give it back to us in a useable form. Mushrooms, dairy, oily fish and other foods can have some D in them but insufficient amounts to optimize your levels.
FDA is Woefully Low on RDA for D3
The FDA suggest 400 IU of D per day and this does not even scratch the surface of what most experts believe we require. Most supplement companies now offer a minimum 2000 IU supplement with a few going as high as 50,000 IU! Yes, that is correct, 50k IU generally recommended for once every week or two dosing. Vitamin D is fat soluble so it can remain in the system for some time just like vitamins A and E. This is why getting levels optimized before winter in northern latitudes is judicious since levels will slowly decline over the winter months without proper D intake.
I personally live in a year round latitude optimal for D consumption so get an average of 30 minutes a day sun exposure and or tanning bed plus I take 5 to 10k IU D3 supplement every day! Remember, I have the VDR mutation so my consumption may be higher than you require and the only way to know is to get a blood test and then re test after about 3 to 6 months of sun and supplementation. For me, it is nearly impossible to get it to optimal but currently am above 40 and this is as good as I have been!
Vitamin D is instrumental in over 300 bodily functions! Hormones to bones to digestion to absorption of nutrients! Nothing to see here….remember, stay out of the sun because sun bad, dark good!
